My apartment-mate Nate has lived many lives: school teacher in Honduras, newspaper reporter in Hartford, bank analyst in Mexico, pisco sommelier in Peru, physics lab technician in the Bronx. In his latest incarnation, Nate is a cook at both a Peruvian restaurant in Greenwich Village and a Mexican restaurant in Soho. Which is great for me, because while I rarely see Nate given his crazy work hours, I do enjoy amazing leftovers and occasionally first-class treatment at his restaurants.
